Of Light & Air - Cosmos : Canvas

Before any stars or galaxies ever existed, the universe was in complete darkness – Cosmic Dark Ages. The initial hot glow from the Big Bang stretched out as invisible infrared light, leaving space entirely black. It took roughly 180 million years and a lot of cosmic chemistry for the very first points of light to pierce the darkness beginning a new era – Cosmic Dawn.
